Hello!
Where can I revoke trust from a website certificate I accidentally always trust on my iPad?

A bit more detailed:
When opening a webpage on my iPad (16.4.1) i was presented with a message that the connection was not secure.
The options (tried to translate) were "Examine Certificate", "Accept once", "Always accept", "Do not accept", "Never accept".
I accidentally selected "Always accept", while I wanted to accept it only once.

Where can I change this?
There is no according entry under "settings > general > information > certificate settings" and none under "Settings > General > Device Management > Profiles".
All other guides I have found are dealing with Macs.
Thanks for help!

Unfortunately this did not help. I can still access the website with the „faulty“ certificate without being asked how to proceed, while on my other iPad (where I did not make that mistake) the above mentioned box appears as expected.

I don't have iPadOS, but on iOS 16.4.1 clearing history revokes the permission.
I've tried with https://trasir.com/
You could try to switch to Private Browsing or turn Lockdown Mode on and off.
