I have a internal SSD that has a Copy of Windows 10 installed from my old Laptop. Could I boot it from my M1 Mini externally using USB to SATA Cable?

I don't want to install Windows on my internal Mac SSD
I just want to dual boot my old Windows 10 preinstalled SSD externally on my Mac.
Using the SATA to USB Adapter Cable.
But I am not sure what to do. I don't want to delete my files on it either.

No. That version of Windows will not boot on an ARM processor.
