I have an Imac Pro of which I upgraded memory successfully to 128GB from 32GB. Everything worked fine. Then I replaced the CPU with a higher end type and it started to become difficult to boot. So I used Configurator 2 to first activate and then revive the Imac Pro. To no avail. Now it's bricked, only the first led burns. I reinserted the original CPU and brought the machine back to it's original state with te 32GB. Problem persists. I have the feeling I am doing something wrong with the Configurator. Some sequence I need to follow. Anyone has any suggestions? I have pimped hundreds of Imacs and a few Imac Pro's but this one I am busting my head over. Every time I run revive or activate, the Bridge update fails and it coughs up errors.
