What Mac are you using and what version of macOS is it running?
This isn't really a "hackintosh" situation so your title is a little misleading.
I have Snow Leopard running in Virtualbox (I set it up a couple of years ago) and I don't remember having to do anything special to get it going…doesn't mean I didn't though!
Unfortunately, I don't have that computer with me so I can't see the settings I used. If you don't have it figured out in a few days I can share those with you.
I'll mention that I'm pretty sure you need a retail disk of Snow Leopard (or a valid image of such) to get going. Do you have that?

Soooo i don´t have the disk, i picked up a iso from internet archive.
