What do you guys think do you think the ipad mini 1 will get ios 9 ive heard its going to be a performance update and also its still for sale and if the ipad mini 1 gets ios 9 then the ipad 2 will get it what do you guys think

We won't know until WWDC. Based on the performance of iOS 8, iOS 9 probably won't run well on the iPad Mini 1 unless there are a lot of under the hood fixes. In my experience, tab reloading is becoming a real problem as well as sluggish wifi speeds when other devices on the same network seem unaffected. I probably won't update to iOS 9 unless others post about improvements.
