So I am trying to figure out how to use web blocking or AT LEAST blacklisting for iPad minis that I am trying to propose to my private schools board to get. All of the numbers match up and we are able to do it but I have a huge problem with this. They will require us to use parental controls and if there is a way I can propose we set it up so we can block over the school network that would be perfect. No apps will work because we need another browser to use flash video that would allow students to get on anything.
