Greetings. I made a quick and dirty Home Screen concept. So if you see something similar today, you know where Apple got the idea from.
Sort Apps and folders by different criteria. Also no dock anymore.
This is how you would sort Apps when choosing "Customized". Also widgets on the Home Screen.
Tap an icon in the menu bar to quickly change/adjust settings (in this case: volume).
"Flexible" folders with categories (which are basically sub folders)
Swipe from the right side of the screen to access your widgets, notifications and search all in one place. Also, no more full screen Siri.
Choose which Apps are showing on your Home Screen.
Swipe down anywhere with four fingers to see your favorite Apps, recently used files and tagged files. The Apps here are aliases (similar to the dock in mac OS). Can even access on your (unlocked) Lockscreen.
Swipe down where the time/date is to access "Up Next". Here you see time- and context based infos for the next 2 hours, today or for tomorrow.
Tap on a window to see more details and/or contextual infos.
