I couldn’t be happier with my Luckycoin case. I’ve used bullstrap in the past and in my opinion this is just as good, all for less than $30. It’s not like these cases are heirlooms or need to last years and years. Most people on here probably have multiple cases for their phones anyway. Oh and nothing is misaligned or cracked or whatever other quality control issues they’re having over there at bullstrap with the closed bottom cases.

I know dbrand grip case with leather back is not for everyone. I have been switching between bullstrap, Andar, RL, Nomad, Apple and YMW. I have grown to like the grip case.

Novada Nappa leather open bottom case arrived today, buttons are good, nice leather smell, soft lining, no gaps, nice tight fit around the phone and the best bit is the leather is treated to repel water and oils. Bought from Amazon UK for £25 which I think in comparison to some, it’s a bargain!

There’s no gap above the charging port cutout on yours? Mine is off-centered and has a noticeable gap in that area when looking at the phone from the front.

I got one and it does have the gap, so disappointing I should’ve just got a lucky coin case from Amazon.

I actually submitted a claim and they sent me a regular open-bottom one because of the issues with the Contemporary. MUCH better.

Got my 15PM YMW crazy horse cowhide scars. It’s pretty sweet and fits very well. It says it’s the top outer layer of the cowhide which shows all the imperfections. I did a quick google search and they seem to call that “nappa” leather. I’m not sure but its pretty soft

4th attempt… finally got a bullstrap closed bottom without issues!

Hopefully the initial batch was just at fault and going forward, especially with new colours, they’ve fixed any QC problems they had.
