iPad Location Services Dead after fresh install of iOS 6.1

Title says it all. Bought it last Wednesday. Was working great. Updated to iOS 6.1. Fresh install, fresh apps installed. No restoring from backup. Location services dead. Flat out won't work no matter what. Fresh install with no apps. Fresh install with a restore from backup. Nothing. Turning location services off and on do nothing. Does nothing if a specific app is disabled then re-enabled. Just flat out dead. Awesome. Great job Apple.

Can't downgrade to 6.0.2 either. Why was I stupid enough to give another Apple product a try?

That's what warranty is for. Demand a replacement.

No thanks. Not with the experience I've had with Apple handing out refurbs as replacements for hardware that was purchased new. It's either going to be fixed through software before my return window is up or a full refund.

Took three fresh installs in a row to get it working right. Go Apple!
