Multitasking for + model size iPhones?

So it looks like it's for the iPad only but I'd really think Apple should enable this for the + users. The 6+ has a bigger screen and some minor differences in app views opposed to the 6. (Yes, I could do it on the screen size and it would work for me) Here's hoping it comes to us!
