@nobullone1964 - I followed your lead. So much quieter, faster and cleaner looking.. Check out this before and after... Took less than 24 hours for Amazon to get everything to my desk Max speed went from ~700 to ~2000! And.. its QUIET! And I don't need the Satechi hub on this mac now either.

I've spoken with Trebleet pertaining to this unit. It's great for some things. I wouldn't consider such a device if utilizing RAID due to the speed limits. I am avidly waiting for Thunderbolt 5 to become a norm. Hopefully the prices won't be too bad. I don't expect them to keep up with PCI-E 5.0, but hopefully 4.0 speed can be utilized better.

Does anyone know if the Trebleet NVMe + SATA combo will ever come back?

That's just what I could use for a family members Mac Mini ... to put extra storage on NVMe and then a Time Machine drive on SATA side

I went to the site to purchase this item for my 2018 Mac Mini. OUT OF STOCK. This has happened before with the silver model I use with my Mac Studio. I guess we'll just have to wait. I sent an email for any updates to be sent when available.

I finally heard from them. I may be able to purchase a loner sitting around for a lesser price. Time will tell.
