Possible to stream 4K movie on MacBook Pro?

I have a lot of 4K movies bought on Apple TV app. Can my Mac stream all these movies in 4K on my MacBook Pro 2021 screen (m1 max)? I am curious to know if it streams in 1080p or 4k. There is not clear answer anywhere.
