Last week I moved a large number of my @me emails from my Inbox to the Archive at iCloud.com.

The changes are reflected on my Macs.

Unfortunately, Mail in iOS seems to be very confused and is not listing the emails in Archive. I am able to search for emails and they will be listed, but this is only a workaround.
I have turned off the iCloud account in both Settings iCloud and Mail contacts calendar to no avail, as this doesn't seem to delete the account, but only disables it.
I moved the last month of emails back into my inbox and this was reflected.

Is there a way to completely delete the account without totally removing iCloud from my phone, or to force Mail to reindex the Archive folder?
