No portables before mid-October

Aargh, MacBidouille is reporting no portables before mid-October because Motorola hasn't been able to produce 7457's in sufficient quantities. And the 7455B's are unusable in portables due to the amount of heat generated. They report their source for this information is weak, just thought I'd fan the flames... They do however suggest IBM's .09 micron G5's will be ready for preview in February.

What processor? who knows, we're all just going to have to wait.
