Siri shows up deleted notes

Hey everyone,

when playing around with Siri I asked her "show me my notes".
Siri then showed me notes which I already deleted!
When I opened the notes app, these deleted notes weren't showed neither.

I'm using iOS 9.0.

Does anyone have the same problem? Maybe with previous versions as well?

I believe this has something to do with the Spotlight Search Index.

I just posted a question of how to clear and rebuild this index...

I've also made a feedback suggestion on the iPhone feedback site.

Let's hope that there is a solution to this...
