Resolved suddenly hearing caller spam A

I have my iphone 13 Max Pro running 15.4.1 set up so that callers I have placed in a contact called spam a have a silent ringtone. Up until a week or so ago the phone only vibrated when such a caller called. Now, I still just get the vibration but I also get an announcement telling me I am getting a call from Spam A.
How do I get rid of that announcement?
