Asking for help. This is my first iMac. It is a 2011 and as I use premier wanting to upgrade software to allow this. I have used open core but get an error message halfway trough process. See photo can you help please.

This sounds really stupid, but I've run into updates where I have to adjust the system date to be able to extract the goodies. Just in case. Maybe put your date to the 2010's and try again?

Can you adjust the date in the system settings, I thought all the software looked at the inbuilt date?

System Preferences - Date & Time...

Like I said, it sounds stoopid, but it's amazing how many times 'going stoopid' works. :oops::rolleyes:

And either turn auto adjust off, or do it quick before the system updates the date...
