Verify Your Recovery Key

Immediately after I upgraded to iPadOS 17 Beta 3 today - my iPad prompted me to enter my recovery key. I have done so three times and each time it is happy for 2 or 3 seconds and then goes back to the "Verify Your Recovery Key" notification.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Well after 2 days and 3 reboots the iPad no longer wants my recovery key. I don't know why but I will just accept it. #lifewithbetas
