Wallet App does not show in System Settings?

This is likely operator error - but my googling skills are not good enough to sort it out.I have an M1 MBP and from what I can gather online, I should have a 'Wallet App' underneath 'Game Centre' in System Settings, however this does not exist?

Is anyone able to tell me how to get the Wallet App to show up?
(I am new to Apple Pay/Wallet and have only just started using it on iOS.)

I think you have to be in/ have your Mac set up for "Countries and regions that support Apple Pay" https://support.apple.com/en-us/102775

Thank you very much for your answer bogdanw.

I had to switch my phone? region, and also the region for the App Store and then was able to get the Apple Pay/Wallet App to come up. I will have to see what happens when I return to a country where ApplePay is not supported, but very glad to have it working now.
