Can't mount backup disk
Hi there. Suddenly I can't mount my newly bought WD Passport disk. I get this message, see image. Is there really nothing to do but erase the disk? Thanks for any clues and help...- Gutti

Hi, I own a WD 2 TB External Hard Drive which, I have formatted it with ExFat partition. On trying to connect the drive to my Mac (macOS High Sierra), it takes more than 5 mins to show on desktop.
