I went into the VPN settings and switched from att mobile security vpn to the Norton 360 vpn (even though both show as off). Made sure personal vpn was off, switched VPN on bottom from Secure VPN to Norton 260 (again, even though everything showed off) and now have internet. Hope this helps.
