It's the 'media', it's the internet, it's social media, it's frightened people that believe the lies being fed them by people that want to 'capitalize' on the devastation that is likely to come.
Black people are human beings. I have met more white people that are hideous people than blacks or other minorities. It's sick, and sad, how the crap from before I was born is pushed again into the present to enable a political agenda to rise up, and drag the country under the surface YET AGAIN! I remember seeing a 'BLACKS ONLY' sign in North Carolina. I remember the horror. I had friends from many races as a kid. I somehow escaped the programming by living on an incredibly multi racial military base.
Hatred takes so much time. I'm tired of it. I'm sick of it. We don't need to be dragged down to the bottom again...
You'd regret this statement once you ended up in a 're-education' camp because you had the audacity to call out your government or even criticize its handling of provincial level issues.

I've heard this quote a million times coming from Fox News and New York Post, repeated by its viewers, so it's possibly a hypocritical statement.
They've especially been spreading fake news about my alma mater, UC Berkeley. Lemme tell you, the student body there is the most right-wing I've ever experienced. They mostly don't care about the socialist professors or the surrounding city; people like me just ditched all their humanities classes and ensured zero association with anything outside the university there. They're just there to learn STEM for the most part. A few gender studies majors (universally looked down upon by other students) and random people from Oakland periodically start a riot on campus over a far-right speaker the Berkeley College Republicans (the largest school club) invite, and the news reports it as the UC hindering free speech even though they were the only campus that allowed the speaker.
Who? Be careful with the headlines, because when they say a speech was "cancelled," that can mean a lot of things, such as a student group un-hosting the speaker for their own reasons.
It's possible some universities are blocking the likes of Milo Yiannopoulos, but idc as long as they're private. And that guy isn't even conservative in any sense of the word.

IMHO Apple should stop throwing millions into building another FoxConn factory in Vietnam or "Just Outside China"... and spend the money to build a factory (maybe even just an assembly plant, like they did with the Mac Pros) that would employ inner-city black people looking for a living wage.
Yes, it would be more expensive labor than the ones in China and Vietnam... but in this case, Apple is making two investments for the price of one.... it would actually be killing two birds with one stone. It would be a dual investment in both manufacturing capacity.... as well as an investment in social justice (which Tim Cook says he intends to invest in anyways).
I say this as a direct AAPL shareholder.
