I’ve had my m3 for quite some time now. It’s great!

This is literally the ONLY reason I haven't bought one. They look great, but I need multiple screens and I don't want the Macbook Pro.

edit: It now supports 2 with laptop screen closed. Guess I now have no excuse not to buy one!
It also now supports up to two external displays when the laptop lid is closed, increasing from just a single external display on the previous Apple silicon models.

Eh, well, I have an M1 MBA and feel perfectly fine. Upgrades at this point are really for anyone with an Intel MBA or someone who wants to but doesn’t need to.
100%. This will be my partner's next laptop, replacing a 2019 13" MBP. I have a 14" M2 Pro and for anything other than heavy work I can't tell the speed diff between it and my mother in law's 13" M1 MBP

You didn’t even read the article. Lol.

“The 13- and 15-inch MacBook Air both feature a strikingly thin and light design, up to 18 hours of battery life, a stunning Liquid Retina display, and new capabilities, including support for up to two external displays and up to 2x faster Wi-Fi than the previous generation.”

I see we're still being screwed over here in the UK regarding the price which is an eye-watering £1300.
So....all the people who defended Apple's UK pricing in 21/22 on weak GBP and strong dollar, where are you all now that the exchange rate is back up to £1.27 per $? For those of you who can't add up that means a base M3 MBA should be £865.35 + VAT (aka purchase tax), which is currently 20%, so £1,038.

Absolute crazy pricing. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask.
