On a conceptual level the mere existence of the book like "The Last Of The Mohicans" tells you a lot about the moral standing and human values of the US as a country. Soviet Union has preserved all the "smaller nations" that are populating its vast territory.
There is a reason why US heavily relies on anti-Russian propaganda as it will not be able to survive conceptually without it. Again there is no developed country having a greater share of their population imprisoned than the usa.
In the usa you can get imprisoned longtime for petty crimes and they need constant flow of prisoners to keep their prisons running as they are cheap labor working camps.

The Soviet’s had their gulags and it was a crime but what the usa are doing until this day is even worse because history should have taught them something.
First of all, yes the USSR is systematically kill people in the gulags. INNOCENT PEOPLE! They also hated and killed the Jews as well, like the Nazis. Also, people in the US are being let out of jail for terrible crimes. Arson, MURDER, smash and grabs, assaulting officers. And more, and these people are being let off by people of the extreme left wing. We have the opposite problem in America, we're not keeping people in jail who should be.

Hitler together with Poland were dividing Czechoslovakia between themselves and Stalin actually offered to send Soviet Army in order to help Czechoslovakia fight Hitler but Poland closed its borders and refused to let Soviet Army to cross its territory in order to get through to the Czechoslovakia. Obviously Poland has lived to regret this decision. Britain has forwarded Czechoslovakia's gold reserves to Hitler thus sending a message to Czechoslovakia that they better do not resist and do what Hitler asks them to. So according to you logic you can say that Britain was fighting alongside Hitler in the beginning(obviously to make sure that Hitler remained powerful enough to attack Soviet Union whose economy was growing 15% a year at the time) and when Hitler did attack Soviet Union, Britain stubbed him in the back(because they knew how to be on the right side of history at the right time). It is also was Britain's and its Western allies idea to divide Germany in two parts West and East, Stalin was against it. Oh the irony but you know yourself who likes their "divide and conquer" approach so much.

No. They weren't allies. The pact that you referred to wasn't an alliance. They were enemies who both planned to invade Poland, so they negotiated boundaries to avoid direct conflict.

There was no benefit for Soviet Union to occupy Poland. As a matter of fact Stalin GAVE quite a bit of territory to Poland as he understood the concept and importance of having a "buffer zone" in a shape of friendly states. Poland has made a mistake(as always) by thinking that they "were in on the game" and can grab a chunk of Czechoslovakia.
Even still today I am pretty sure that Biden has made it clear to Poland that if they have any personal "beef with Russia" to settle they will have to do it with their own means and not count on NATO. The tail can never wiggle the dog, ever.
