Not sure if any other women responded, but here’s a response from a woman.
First, take a trip to the Apple store to see what she likes. Since her last iPhone was the 6 Plus, she may or may not be aware of the options available this year and the changes made since her current phone was released.
If she doesn’t care all that much, and she may not given the length of time, she has kept the 6 Plus, I’d go with the 11 Pro Max since:
1) It’s similar in size
2) The camera upgrade will blow her away
3) The battery life
4) Having come from the 6 Plus personally, I wouldn’t want to go back smaller. If she hasn’t complained about it by now, the Max will be most likely what she wants.
See what she wants first though - because none of us can speak for her. Good luck.
