I have been ghosted by 3 different phone reps. Hopefully this time it has changed. I told this rep. what all has happened and that I was very disappointed at how it has all played out. I told him that I was getting the 14 Pro anyway so there was no sense in trying to fix this one. Anyway he said he could not help me by replacing it with a new 14 Pro he did not have that much pull, which I understand. However he did say he could send me something for my troubles. I will find out what it is late this week. I am thinking it is something Beats related so we shall see. So at least maybe getting something out of it.
