iOS 11.2.5 on a 2017 iPad Pro. I turned off all the dock and multitasking sliders which helped with the calendar which kept sliding out onto the game from the right side but the Dock still keeps popping up on the bottom every time I get too close.
The game is called Dig Out requires you sliding your finger all around.
Is there anyway to get the dock to stay hidden or move it to the left side or top of the screen. .?

The developer of the app decides whether or not the dock (and notification sheet, etc) should slide out on a swipe. In YouTube, for example, the dock will not slide out until you swipe the second time right at the center. There seems to be no way this can be changed by the user. The best chance is to ask the developer to add support for this feature.
