After a restart, ive lost most of the apps i had on the dock, as if a dock reset was made. Many of the apps that appear when installing the OS for the first time came up. What did i do? Is there a way to bring the dock back as it was?

Ever since iPadOS 16.1 (and persisting now in 17 RC), while using Stage Manager the dock will occasionally flash. It looks more or less like if you used the “killall Dock” command on MacOS to relaunch it. Has anyone else experienced this or knows of any fix?
