So funny how they didn't even put heatsinks on their processors back then.
They basically only started to put heatsinks on the PowerPC CPU's.
The 68000 series used in the the old Mac's begin at a measly 8Mhz (68000) and top out at I think 50Mhz or so (68040), they simply didn't generate much heat!
With the PowerPC 600 series it went rather quickly all the way up to 250/300Mhz (the 604ev), and then on to the PowerPC G3 @300Mhz, so we are already at a factor 6 in heat producing Mhz!
ngl the eMac is one of my most hated Macs of all time. Yours for 7.99 + 100 in shipping. 😂

Well.. It's a watch with the apple logo on it, so I guess it's technically an Apple WATCH? A little heavy on the Newton aesthetic though.
Oh man that first one brings back memories. I had a 7100/66 as my first ever Mac. I had an a4000 tower with a Mac compatibility card that died within a month, we finally were able to get our money back and used it to get the first power Mac.
No way! I didn't even know Amiga made towers!
7100/66 a very solid choice, probably a million times better of a machine going into the mid-late 90s.

Says dual-core, but not sure if the 2.0 GHz was actually a dual core.
The thing was ugly as hell, a real departure from the earlier machines which had a little bit of style. Mine never ever worked right, and the Mac emulator, even though it was running on a fast-at-the-time 25MHz 68040, was like molasses. I was given an Amiga 3000 in high school by commodore for doing demos at the local computer fairs. (Neeeeeerd!)
