I personally bought an Anker Astro Slim (I believe it was $19) and a Belkin 6 inch lightning to USB cord (I believe it was $12). Not sure what the current prices are but you can find both on Amazon pretty easily.

The one I bought for $19 is a 4500mAh battery. The iPhone has a 1570mAh battery. So you can charge you around iPhone 2 full times with it.
