They put me thru hell because my debit card got declined cause a transfer was delayed so I used my gfs card.
Using a bad card or someone else's card makes you look too much like a bot using stolen ID info to create a hard-to-trace dev account for some sort of app malware scheme. Good thing Apple tries to check for that. Too much malware in the android world already.
Just use your own card, make sure the name on it is spelled exactly correctly, and do a balance/credit check on it before using it for any mission critical purchase. Don't assume the bank didn't screw up your account somehow.
