I have iCloud Photos on. Sometimes when I go into edit mode on a live photo, or depth photo, a bubble comes up and says "downloading" it will stay at 0% forever. Sometimes I can get it to work if I reboot the phone, but most of the time its just stuck and I can't edit the picture. Anyone else seeing anything like this? If you are have any work arounds? I know it's Beta 1 and all but just wondering.
