Had an unusual glitch today. I was playing a game when the smart invert automatically activated. Took me a while to find what the problem was and turn it off. Anyone know why this is happening?

It could be a bug, or that you might need to restore and reset your phone. I would probably wait for the next update or 2 to come out first to see if it fixes it before you wipe and restore as long as you are not having any major issues.

Unfortunately, however, it is not uncommon to have issues and quirks when upgrading to a major .0 update. It has always been good practice to start over once a year when the .0 update is released but most don't because it is a hassle.

Just scanned a QR code crashes the whole freaking Safari, which would not be a huge deal, except there is no “reopen closed tabs“ option Safari-wide, but rather it’s per Safari window! Now 100+ tabs That I opened in the past month or so are now ALL GONE.

Before, there was an option to “merge all tabs into a single window”. NO LONGER. Either Apple fix the QR code scan of the freaking website or change how Safari works when recovering closed tabs.

Whoever still believe Apple software is the top quality can go to hell.

Charged my phone on the 24th to 100%. Right now, still have 5%.

Safe to say, I'm super satisfied with battery life and my 13 Pro!

same thing here, since beta 8 came out it has scanned 21771 photos, 509 to go... It does make progress, but very slowly...

Note: it says '... photos' but we know they mean photos and videos ;-)

I just wiped my iPad Air 4 completely and set it up as new and now it is showing me 23 GB of others ...

Keep going out then back into that setting after its done indexing it should go lower after it settles in. Mine was over 36gb and now down to 5.87 gb

Strange, unless it is a bug, it seems that only the 13 models are not signed. Looks like the i12 models still have 15.0 and 14.8 signed, hmm...

My new theory is that 15.0.1 was meant to be out Monday, but Apple pulled at last minute and the signing of builds is likely automated, and it wasn’t disabled as part of the pulling of 15.0.1.

It’s only a guess, but makes sense, since usually stopping signing is a couple days after a new release……

Makes sense but I would hope that they would have corrected the signing window. If it is true, then anyone with an iphone 13 won't be able to restore back if they need to. Now, of course, I am sure the number of customers already needing to restore should be low but still paints the point that someone made an "Oops" haha.

How different? Able to send screenshots? My understanding is that the screen size increase should be the only reason, we are talking Plus or Max though.

Looks more like Text Size difference.

Settings>Display & Brightness>Text Size and check if they are the same

I had a group pinned in iMessage and it disappeared.
It came back for a few minutes and is gone again. No where to be seen on iPad.

Having notification issues with Messages in CarPlay, no volume to indicate a message. Have checked settings and all good there. Message tone happens when not using CarPlay. Notifications in iOS 15 is a mess. Didn't have this issue on any of the betas (used a 12 PM for the betas now I'm using a 13 PM).

12PM and IPP11
Screenshot
Something new on both devices. When taking a screenshot, the initial shot I get a beep. All subsequent screenshots I only get the shutter sound. Noticed it first on my IPP11 and found the same on my 12PM. I don't see a setting for the "beep".

Update: I hard rebooted both devices. My 12PM is not making the "beep" however my IPP11 is.
Grrrr.....

If you encounter any bugs on 15.0, just install 15.1 beta 2, period.
