iPhone iOS 7 music app sucks

I'm using Picky as of now and enjoy the UI, but Picky is even buggier than the iOS7 music app and appears to drain more battery.
I'd prefer the stock music app with properly collapsed albums and given how I paid 430€ (= 590 USD !!!) for my iPod mp3 player, I don't think that I'm demanding too much.

I think it's absurd how bad it is to manage playlists in the stock music app. Why can't I add a song I'm currently listening to to a playlist? Other music apps can easily do this...

I also find that extraordinarily annoying, I was under the impression that it was supposed to be one of the most basic functions of a iOS device.
