My release day 12 pro is still at 100% and rarely go beyond 50% in a days use but then I only average 2-3 hours screen time per day.

mine is a launch day 12 pro and my battery is 99% as of today, yesterday it was still at 100%.

I use personal hotspot a lot for my child who uses my data for her iPad when we do the school run.
background refresh is off always
5G on always when available
charge every night and sometimes leave on the desk wireless charging stand in the day

I have no idea if I am over charging my device or whether I'm doing everything correct

I can't complain that its only lost 1% in 6 months......

I used magsafe but only for a couple of weeks..
My 12 Pro is now at 88% , it looses 1% per week I think now , so 8 more % to go before Apple deigns to replace it...

Yay, first % drop ?
Release day 12PM, today 99% (by system counter), 98% via 3uTools (122 cycles).

First 3 months every night on Samsung wireless charger, last 3 months every night on MagSafe + 20W original charger.
Usually 60-70% of battery usage per day, 1-3h of games. Optimized charging turned on.

Oddly enough, I’m still at 100% on my launch day 12 Pro.

It usually gets a boost when I drive to get food via CarPlay for maybe 20 mins and then I charge every night via MagSafe. Seems odd that it hasn’t dropped but I’m not complaining

Just hit 91% on my launch week iPhone 12 Pro. I scheduled a Genius Bar appointment but not super hopeful anything will come of it. Battery is trashed now and doesn’t get me through a whole day anymore.

You could try , but I did it like I said earlier on this thread and the only answer I had is « we won’t do anything until your phone reaches 80% or less »….or we will charge you.
how much do they charge for a battery replacement? ive noticed the decrease in battery life on my phone
