My iPhone X is at 94%. Bought launch day. I wouldn't say Im a super heavy user either. I don't know why its so low tbh.

Launch day phone also. I keep most functions on and utilize many apps, but very little media consumption. 87% currently. I can tell there has been a significant degradation in use time available per charge.

Id be ecstatic with 94%.

88%, heavy use. Usually charging by cable 12W but lately more wireless 7.5W which might have slowed down battery degradation. Bought in Dec 2017.

Purchased in Jan 2018, and I use wireless charging about half the time.
Average use, I suppose. Calls, text, Map, Safari, music, sudoku, weather, photos, mail.
Really can’t complain about the battery life.

I'm at 90% today (launch-month device) - but honestly all my Apple devices have been at low cycles and high health up to this iPhone. We were on a vacation with a friend, used his cable, turned out to be a fake one, felt it heating the iPhone a bit, started degrading after that, this was a year ago - anyone with a similar experience? (With this cable, I recall the health degrading from 98% to 94% etc. in a short time, but might be mistaken)

How do you guys read the cycle counts by the way, can it still be done?

Weird stuff happened on my XS. been using this for a year, battery was 99%, suddenly in 2 months it’s on 89% now. That’s super weird.

Got mine launch 2017. Looks like I’m going to keep it until the new iPhones come out later this year.

I don’t know how all your batteries are lasting so long. My launch day iPhone X got it’s battery replaced during October 2018 and it’s already dropped down to 83%. I’m not abusing the phone in anyway, just using it how I’ve used all my past iPhone’s.

my iPhone 8 plus went from 100% to 88% in exactly one year of use. There was a month I spent in central america in a lot of heat so it dropped from 95% to 92% within that trip (not using it much either).

Battery is alright now but I might have to start to resorting on finally disabling some things now
