I read little of the thread. To me this is like the red dot or notch and will pass over when the next conspiracy lands. No way I am going to leave Apple over this as the other choices are not an option. The world keeps spinning and life goes on.

Take it to Apple or use various methods that blogs have shown to check battery health.

I’ve read that Apple will not replace the battery, even if the customer is willing to pay for it, unless the battery fails their tests. Whether all throttled phones would qualify for a battery replacement is unknown.
