Doesn't everyone on earth having a ****** DS yet?

My original DS broke a couple weeks ago . I want that 2tone thats going to be bundled with brain age2 if not I guesss I will just settle for whatever I can find when i purchase.

But a parent faced with 3 choices of "modern" gaming rigs is probably more likely to shoot for the kid-friendly $250 model, rather than the $400 or $600 model, no?

Personally, I believe that's the primary contributing factor.

Well I'm guess since the parent is only looking at price, it would be save to assume, they know little about what they are buying, right?

Then the parnets sees the Core Xbox 360, at 299......299 Xbox 360 vs 249 Wii...not so much of a price different.

The Wii is NOT outselling PS3 and Xbox 360 by those margins by price alone.
