Mac Dock Setup

I was looking at different Thunderbolt docks, but it seems like all of them only support 2 monitors if one of them is a Thunderbolt monitor. What docks/solutions do you recommend to get a dual monitor setup with a dock for the current MBP? We have a Plugable USB dock, but I have heard it doesn't work well on MAC. I am ordering an HDMI to DVI connector to check it out.
