The feature exists - I don't know why no one else knows. You just need to make a smart playlist:

Apple Music no "loved" tracks auto playlist?

Does anyone else have a problem with Apple Music (1.3.3.2) Smart Playlist (macOS Ventura 13.2.1) not finding all the 'Loved' songs? I have hundreds of loved songs across many playlists and the smart playlist only seems to find a handful of them. I can see them all when I browse my playlists. Even songs that I verbally told Siri to love have the love icon selected but not picking up in the smart playlist. The only criteria in the smart playlist is where something is Loved. Very strange and annoying
