Excellent. One of my favorite subjects. :)

Not sure what this Jacksonville, FL, tree is. Possibly shagbark hickory, though it's too far south.

Yesterday morning in our east-facing living room. I am obsessed with the morning light through Roman blinds. Also with our cat Shadow. :)

BTW, all the stuff I post here is also on my Flickr account at https://www.flickr.com/photos/bright_crow/albums.

Love the light patterns from the blinds.

Thanks for sharing your Flickr! I use IG and Glass, otherwise I'd give you a follow.

The sleek buildings against the mountain background is a great juxtapositions. Love the raindrops on each little pine needle....we have rain rain rain rain today (which we really need, but is a slog), so maybe I'll find something similar.
Thanks! I'm trying to give a sense to the texture in a context, more interesting I think.
The plant with the drops is an equisetum, tiny plant , highly invasive, but it's got is beauty sometime before I pull it out
I read the equisetum is one of the first plant to grow back after volcano explosions, an example is Mt. St.Helen
