The tale of 2 photos....one taken with Pixel 4XL and one with the S20+

Nope...the first one is the S20+ and the second is the Pixel 4 XL

Then...full disclosure...the messy desk by the window is not mine :)

Imo it's not even close, the Pixel 4 still takes the best pics. Even in a well lit environment my S20 comes off 2nd best to my Pixel 4.

Don't get me wrong, the S20 takes great pics they're just not the best.

I'm on the fence to be honest...they both got somethings right and some things wrong in the shot. Now add in a moving object and probably the Pixel 4 XL will beat the S20+. But then go shoot video and the S20+ will beat the Pixel 4XL

They are both great phones

Wow, I thought it was the other way around as I used to get a bit dark but sharp photos on the Pixel 3. If the Exynos version is even half as good, I might be tempted to upgrade my S10+ :)

What comes to the desk, have a SWAT team raid the room or something similar and it'll be closer to what my desk looks like right now ? I really need to sort it out soon. Thanks to the Covid-19 lockdown, I'm starting to be short on excuses for postponing that.

In regards to moving objects, is that where single take should come in to its own?

I haven't really tried it out yet but it seems that when there are moving people etc it could be useful.

I love Costa Coffee. Unfortunately it is closed for two weeks now. How is it in rest of world? UK is lockdown till 12 April. Photo taken with Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus.
