Yeah, but if it is uploaded here, we won’t know for sure, right?

First, you have to honor the system and be honest.

Second, There is a way to know. All you have to do is click on a photo and Media and Image information shows up. Take this photo as an example.

When you click on the photo (to your right) you will obtain Media and Image Information. It tells you which iPhone device, Aperture, focal length, exposure time, ISO, flash, and so on were used.
