i envy you
It was absolutely INCREDIBLE to witness something so amazing! I knew it’d be cool but I was absolutely blown away. So humbling. It was warm all day and during totality it was nice and cool! My 11 year old took *600* pictures on her iPhone 15 haha. My 5 year old lost her mind. We had a friend drive in from Virginia for it and he’s so glad he did!

I need to go somewhere within the path of totality during the next one in 20 years. Outside the path, it's still cool, but it doesn't get dark enough to look directly at it without glasses, and with the glasses it just looks like a crescent moon. Nothing too mind blowing.

Here are in Pa after we had 96% coverage
I was worried I could have damaged my 15 Pro's camera by doing the same thing

Apparently it's not a good idea to not use a solar filter in that setting, but form what I've read it's fine as long as one uses a wide angle lens.

I used the main lens which is 24 mm, so I should be ok
