If you know Photoshop (or the free GIMP program or the free Microsoft Paint program, etc), you can make your own watch faces without downloading yet another iPhone app.
I recreated (using Photoshop) exactly what was demonstrated in the prior video. It took a total of two or three minutes. Here it is...
Here are a few Star Trek insignia watch face photos I made. All are squares so they fit into the 512 x 512 pixel size of the watch face without distortion.
The ones with darker backgrounds look best IMHO. I especially like the blue glowing one.

I know it’s a while since you posted but could you give us the original of this, can’t find it anywhere!
You can do that now on a photo watch face. When you press the button to customize it (same place where you change complications etc) the very first customization pane now allows you to flip the position of the clock to be at the top or bottom.
