Posted this in the Every Band thread too but picked up Baltic Blue today. I think it’ll work well with SSS as well but for now here it is with the Graphite. For reference Blue Cobalt appears as a pretty good match on the watch face (although it looks very different in the photos).

I went with the M/L for my 44 mm graphite SS , overlaps a fair bit but ...

It really helps having lots of magnet connecting - feels very secure - and so easy to put on !!

Band is blue and looks good next to the graphite

Here’s a few of the California Poppy on a S6 SBTI.

I’ve adjusted the white balance and tint to get as close as possible match to the actual colour of the strap. Couple of angles to try and show the sheen of the SBTI against the strap.

Very happy with this combination. The yellow brings out the warm sheen under the SB.

What about sweat like during a workout? I like to get in a workout at lunch and if I’m at work I don’t want to switch bands.

I wouldn’t want to workout in a leather band. Either carry a second band to work or don’t wear the leather link on workout days imho 👍
I generally agree. I have worn a number of leather bands over the years and it's not the best material for a workout. That said, a bit of sweat isn't going to destroy leather if you let it dry out and occasionally rub in a little leather conditioner on the inside of the band to keep the leather from cracking. I just wouldn't want to regularly saturate it with sweat from working out. All of my leather bands have gotten sweaty at times, even though I don't work out in them.

One of the great things about the Apple Watch is how easily and quickly you can swap bands. I have accumulated some sports bands/loops over the years and keep one at the office and one in my bicycle's handlebar bag. I just switch to one of those if I plan to get sweaty. Sometimes I find myself walking or biking in hot weather without a sport band to switch to, and my leather bands have done just fine. They just aren't the most comfortable choice for when it gets warm. I wear my leather bands more in the Fall, Winter, and early Spring. In Summer I tend to wear something lighter and more breathable.

I don't have a leather link yet (still trying to decide on the color)

Does anyones link have some loose lugs? The short piece seems to not fit flush in the channel and wiggles around, see pic attached

I waited over two months and my black and SB link are still waiting to be shipped so I just broke down and picked up a SB at the apple store.. I lasted a long time lmao. Still waiting to see if the black one will ever ship.. not sure what the issue is now that Apple has a ton of them in stores and the Amazon store is run by them.

Yep my Saddle Brown is the same. But then I have several older sport bands that are like this too, so it’s not something that’s bothered me.

Good to know, just wanted to make sure I wasn’t the only one. Definitely keeping it, I love it.

Looks like the lug on my longer piece of the link is getting caught on something in the channel. Its starting to peel back after one day lol, anyone else? The longer piece is definitely a lot tighter in the channel but i tried cleaning inside of it and its clean..

It has become my favorite band. Weirdly enough the exterior of the band has developed Patina a lot faster that the inside .

I love this band! The black leather link.. 40 mm

😍🤩
Nice look with the space gray and gray face. I have the silver aluminum and keep going back and forth around the colors. I was leaning towards the blue, but I keep coming back to black. It's definitely the most versatile, and most of the bands I have worn in the past are gray or black.

Thank You! It is in fact the Cyprus green face.. but looks grey in this photo.
I have to get used to space gray, coming from a series 2 aluminum gold.
but I don't like the new gold aluminum color, too pink in my opinion.

And since I actually always wore my black band, or my black Milanese .. I thought the space grey was the best choice.

I thought this band was an expensive purchase, but compared to the price of 2 sports band it is not too bad. Beautiful leather and a cool look...

It kind of reminds me of a puffer jacket, so here is the black leather link with a puffer jacket! Only a few days old and so far so good.
