The government wants us to believe in aliens because if we believe in them, we’ll believe anything they tell us. Classic CIA conspiracy theory!

Yup, keep the people entertained and busy is an old idea that the romans already tried to keep the peasants focused. Those not caught by the social media bubble life are caught by some conspiracy theories that a few decades ago any teenager would have brushed off as fiction after spending a minute of thought on it.

If we recovered these machines, where is the warp drive? Where is the worm hole tech? I find it hard to believe we had crashed UFOs and have been using primitive chemical rockets for 70 years still.
Not for nothing, but if there was sufficiently advanced technology that allowed faster then light travel, do you think we would have the where with all, to reverse engineer it?

For instance, say we had time travel, and went back 200 hundred years, do you think an engineer in 1820 could reverse engineer our iPhone? Even a hundred years ago, a 1920s engineer would be unable to figure out how our iPhones worked. Now consider how many hundreds/thousands of years ahead a civilization would need to be to solve faster then light travel - there's no way we'd be able to figure out how that worked.

Of course if you were this man, you would be able to write a virus for the alien computer :p

Key West FL
UFOs, of a type, are unfortunately rather common where I live, Key West FL. They land almost weekly, sometimes more ofter, full of aliens. They are Unbelievable Floating Objects and the aliens are usually from Cuba. It's hard to believe that some of the craft, called chugs by the locals here, actually managed the voyage across the strait.

Famous UFO researcher, the late Stanton Friedman, used the same analogy (he used giving a nuclear sub to Columbus and asked him to replicate it). But we are a lot more technically advanced than people from Columbus' time or the 1800s. Even if we couldn't replicate the whole thing, couldn't figure out parts of it? Things that would help us with developing things better than rockets? Beside, UFOlogists already suggest we got transistors, fiber optics and night vision from Roswell. We figured those things out, yet (conveniently) didn't figure out the cool things we don't have.

totally cool
It should be clear to everyone that the aliens want us to get our population under control and align ourselves with saving our planet and the climate agenda.

That makes total sense. I wouldn’t want to invade a ruined dirty hole either if I could get the inhabitants to clean it up!
