I just talked to chat and she was very helpful. Found my order but it said that I had not accepted the terms yet. I told her I always use PayPal and maybe that was the glitch on her end on info. She sent me a new email with my order complete and said twice it has shipped and should get tracking soon definitely delivery on Wednesday the 7th!
The online status of my order still says Processing, so I called them (chat was no help). She said the updated information as of 4am was that it will Ship on November 7th and deliver two days later. I remember distinctly when I placed my order, it said delivery by Nov 7. What gives??

Verizon is always like this. My Xs max last month was the same, I got it on launch day. My email says Deliver by : 11/07/2018 and I'll go by that
I ordered pre order night at 5am and just showing processions for 12.9 256gb space grey. I’ve only seen 1 other person on here says theirs has been shipped. Anyone else? I’m currently also just showing my order pending on Verizon app. Anyone showing a processing message
Mine is showing as processing. The last few i devices I’ve ordered through Verizon have shipped in time to arrive on the release date.
Normally when pre ordering the iPhone when it changes from pending(in blue) to processing(in red) usually means that I he charge is being applied and usually a few hours later a tracking number appears. I’m surprised I haven’t seen movement yet. With my IPXS Max, I got tracking 4 days before launch day. I haven’t even been charged yet for the iPad and it launches in less than 48 hours! I did also bill to the account on 1 order then the other order was paid with credit card with no charge

What I did was delete the MyVerizon app and reinstalled it. Wa-La my order appeared.

Heads up that while this is still a highly anticipated release, it’s still not as big a movement as the iPhones usually are, so the likelihood is that while they will be processing and scanning shipments tonight and tomorrow, the flurry of activity is still reduced in comparison to the “all hands on deck” that comes with iPhone launches.
Even if not processed tonight, Verizon has been known to bump shipping to “Next Day” / “Overnight” shipping methods to fulfill the orders’ delivery dates. I’m pacing back and forth anxiously and just got off the phone with a rep (order is still in the blue “pending” via my app status) but as others have stated, the date on your order (whether it says ship or deliver) is pretty much always the date the product is delivered by.
Only exceptions are if orders end up moved up on the list due to more stock than originally perceived. I once had a later ship date of nearly two weeks one iPhone launch but my phone came 3 days after launch as supply caught up sooner than expected.
