The "iphone exclusive" items for me are:

* imessage (instead I use whatsapp, FB messenger, teams etc etc)
* facetime (instead I use whatsapp, FB messenger, teams, etc etc)
* Siri
* Airdrop
* Apple maps
* Homekit
* Animojis

Other things I don't use (but are not exclusive to iphone) are:

* Wireless charging
* Ringtones (always use silent mode)

I’m on iPhone 15. Honestly I’ve never fully utilised the capability of its camera system, dating back to the iPhone 11 PM. I’m trying to learn how to do so these days.

Lol, why even bother buying an iPhone when you don’t even use it?
I'm not the person you quoted, but I can answer this…

Because, you don't get iOS on Android. And you don't need to use Apple's services at all to use iOS.

For me, iOS is the primary reason I use iPhone.

Yes but it’s completely senseless and dumb to just ignore core features of the iPhone.
OP is either an attention ***** or just plain stupid, I’m not even sorry.

I use an iPhone with Google services. The only Apple service I am using is iMessage. I do that because Google is multi-platform and Apple is not.

I refuse to be 'trapped' in Apple's ecosystem. If that is senseless and dumb then that's me. But unlike those 'trapped' who must use the services an iPhone provides I am free to come and go between Android and iPhone as I please. Right now though, it's iPhone.

Screen mirroring. Yet apple decided with iOS 11 that it HAS to be in Control Center and can’t be replaced nor disabled.
In 6 years I used it twice, and that was in the last 2 months.
Also, SharePlay.

Wireless charging (MagSafe) - it is less efficient than wired so it wastes energy, also it theoretically degrades battery faster because it generates heat. Also the wireless coils themselves take space and that's annoying because it could be used for bigger battery instead...
Siri - I tend to achieve what I want from my devices pretty fast and using an assistant seems slower

You do know that you can download offline maps on Apple Maps, right?

I jumped on the 17 beta bandwagon just for this reason. Unfortunately Apple really needs to work on their maps. They’re still really rough around the edges. As much as I’m trying to get away from Google, I’ll continue to use their map system.

But getting back to the OP, AOD,Apple Maps and the Lightning port. iPhone 14PM.

AOD
Magsafe (for charging)
iMessage (Whatsapp is all you need nowadays)
Apple Maps (Can I include this? Lets be honest, it's complete trash for usabilty despite it looking pretty)

Don’t use or won’t use?

I very seldom use the charging port. Don’t use a lot of camera modes. Don’t use Standby.

But they’re just not used because I don’t have a use for them. I don’t mind that they’re present, and I could see a time when I “might” use them (rental car with wired CarPlay for charging port; motel room for Standby; etc.)

As far as features I “won’t” use - could, but refuse to in other words - none come to mind.

Siri
Magsafe or standard wireless charging
iCloud storage (and iCloud Photos)
Standby Mode
Facetime
Homeapp/kit
Focus Modes
Camera Zoom
Animoji/Memoji
iMessage - I use it occasionally, but mostly Messenger since it's cross-platform, and we're a mixed Apple/Android house

I don't use focus enough, and I don't use homescreen widgets (still haven't figured out how to set them up and I've had my first screen apps the same for so long I'd probably go crazy if I changed it now!).
