activation error

Anyone had issues activating the cellular on a new apple watch today? I keep getting an error. Wondering if a reset of the watch will help.

After I restore my phone over iOS 13.3 iMessage and FaceTime activation is failing constantly. I use Google Fi and I think must be related to that. I contacted Apple support but they are clueless about it. Anyone else with the same issue?
